LONDON-BASED BUT WILTSHIRE-RAISED, ANN WAS PLUCKED FROM SPIRITUAL BAR, CAMDEN'S LIVE SCENE BY RENOWNED BRIT AWARD WINNING PRODUCER ETHAN JOHNS (PAUL MCCARTNEY, TOM JONES, LAURA MARLING) LEADING HER TO SIGN HER FIRST PUBLISHING DEAL WITH BMG. THEY SPEANT A YEAR IN THE STUDIO CREATING HER DEBUT ALBUM NOW IN ITS FINAL STAGES OF COMPLETION.
Meanwhile, she's represented Whispering Bob Harris on their UTAT stage at The Great Escape Festival and Black Deer Festival, and featured on Beans on Toast's Foolhardy Folk stage at Bearded Theory. She opened for Lewis Ofman's beloved 'impromptu' sets in Mexico, and held thriving homecoming EP Launches at Sound Knowledge in Marlborough and Spiritual Bar in Camden Town. She’s opened for Beans on Toast on his UK tour, along with Ny Oh, Rett Madison, Sebastian Schub, Tommy Prine, Ferris and Sylvester, Sarah Shook and the Disarmers, Charlie Worsham, Kassi Valazza and Margo Cilker at prestigious venues such as The Clapham Grand in Brixton, OMEARA in London Bridge, The Green Note in Camden, and The Hotel Cafe Hollywood in LA.
Her SOLD-OUT debut headline show is being held on the 27th January 2025 at The Green Note, Camden.
Her debut EP, 'Chalk' was featured in Spotify's editorial playlist 'Noteable' and her debut single 'Stranger in the Rain' was played on BBC Radio Wiltshire and BBC Radio Gloucestershire. She was Lewis Ofman’s guitarist and vocalist in his live band this year, touring the US, Canada, Mexico and Europe, playing festivals and venues like the Theatre Bouffes Du Nord and We Love Green in Paris, Webster Hall in New York, The Fonda Theatre in LA, and Foro Puebla in Mexico.
An independent artist on the rise, and showing no sign of slowing down, Ann is currently working with Grammy nominated designer Mary Banas in creating her debut LP artwork.
